Kevin has over 15 years in the financial services sector across both the banking and insurance sector. It was in his previous role as an Insurance Broker that he was approached about delivering an employee benefits package for a company. It became apparent that a real affinity for the benefits market was starting to blossom and he decided that he wanted to pursue it 100%.
"I have been fortunate to work for large organisations and small companies and whilst I enjoyed working for both the benefits I received at the larger companies was always going to outweigh anything a small company could offer. I believe I have developed a proposition which will allow employers of anywhere from 5 to 5000 staff to offer the same level of benefits."
Kevin, his wife and two sons reside in Dunfermline. He has always been actively involved in sport and whilst he may be too old to play rugby and football anymore he can still be found on the golf course, cricket pitch or curling rink.
